Prohibited use
You must not use Incentively to:
- Break the law or another person’s rights.
- Run deceptive promotions, fake rewards, pyramid schemes or fraudulent claims.
- Send spam or communications without the required permission.
- Discriminate unlawfully or make eligibility decisions using prohibited data.
- Upload malware, stolen credentials, unlawful content or data you are not entitled to use.
- Probe, bypass, overload or interfere with security, rate limits or access controls.
- Scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
Enforcement
We may investigate, restrict, suspend or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or legal compliance. Serious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

Send details to customercare@incentively.co. Include the campaign or company page and enough information for us to investigate.
